+1- Damn. I am sure the 3 extracirucular lunches and one breakfast did not help this week. And I even rode the bike for 3.5 hours on Sunday. I am heading out for 30 miles this Sunday...hope it helps.

-2. Yipeeeeeee I finally got 2 lbs below a 10 lb mark that I havent been under in at least 3 years. I am so excited and feeling very encouraged. I have no life because of all of the gym visits and declining lunches and dinner, but I am going to be hot by June!
Sweet. -3.5. Ancient Chinese secret. Staying up and running around house doing housework night before weigh-in in conjunction with 3 hours sleep produce positive results. Everyone is doing a great job. Keep it up.
-1, thanks to Allison's steadfast refusal to get a cookie or any of the good breakfast food at the work meetings. Although I am discouraged because we took a strength assessment test in one meeting and my lowest strength was self control. The test just made me hungry :)
O.K. the old girl is just confused. If you lose after you gain... I had trouble figuring what to report. But I DID LOSE. These tenths of a pound are making me crazy.
To date: down 2.8, up 1.0, down 1.2 - whatever all that means.
You guys are doing great. I'll get the math straight by this Friday.

-1.0 Running last night must of helped considering I was only down .5 lbs yesterday.... Everyone keep melting away the lbs!
